Resolution 2020-15: DENR Consolidated Grant for 6th Street Improvements - Authorizing Signature

Background of Issue:
 
Attached is Resolution No. 2020-15 to authorize signature of the 6th Street project DENR Consolidated Grant.  The City has held off on signature of paperwork for the 6th Street project prior to approval with in the 2021 budget and capital improvement plan. The City is putting into motion the paperwork for financing and bonding. Resolution 2020-15 is authorizing the Mayor to perform signature duties for the $750,000 consolidated Drinking Water grant. 
 
Recommendation:
 
Recommend the Council approve Resolution 2020-15 to authorize the Mayors signature of the DENR Consolidated Grant for the 6th Street project.
