Attached is correspondence sent to property owners affected by the 2021 6th St, 5th St and Iowa Ave Project.  A letter has been sent out to all property owners affected by the proposed 6th Street, 5th Street and Iowa Avenue project.  The purpose of the letter was to provide a breakdown of proposed assessment amounts as well as offer a time for private meetings with each property owner. Instead of holding a large scale public meeting as the City did with the first phase of the SE Project, we have opted to hold private meetings. The meetings have been offered both in person, by phone or on-line. Both Lance Mayer of DGR And City Administrator Weiland will be present to provide project information. The property owners will have an opportunity to ask questions about the project regarding the design and the assessment process. City Administration will provide the step by step process with assessment process. 

These meetings are being held because of the City's positive feedback received following the first phase SE Infrastructure project meetings.   This will be an opportunity to gauge the neighborhoods interest in continuing pursuit of this important project.
