Attached is the Final Pay Request #7 to Dirt Specialties for the Dam Site Trail Project. Also attached are the final contract documents to be considered for signature and acceptance.  Dirt Specialties completed work on the Dam Site Trail in mid-August but the City has been waiting for lien waivers to be submitted by the contractor prior to issuing final payment. All final contract documents have been signed by the Contractor and reviewed by DGR. The City and DGR performed a walk through of the site and put together a punch list of final items. These items have all been performed by the contractor and the City is pleased with the final results of the project.  

 

Recommend the Council make a motion to approve the final pay request to Dirt Specialties in the amount of $28,788.56 for the Dam Site Trail Project and approve signature of all final contract documents.
